I see C-Span a national forum
Being wasted with passive decorum
We must be wise, thoughtful and revolutionary bold
I see another Political Prisoner’s story but wonder why other’s aren’t being told
Oh Sis please remember
When in the spot light mention a MOVE member
Have we not suffered enough through time?
And am I right now begrudged for speaking my mind?
And what about that dead sister of mine?
I feel so upset when Merles name isn’t mentioned
Does she not deserve a few lines?
I know my tongue is hard to hold onto…
Truth isn’t always kind
Don’t retreat to the narrow part of the mind
This is no slight to a forever brother of mine
It’s just an urgent message to cover all ground.
